Roads Minister Kipkalya Kones and Assistant Minister Lorna Laboso have been killed in a plane crash today.The two were among four other people killed Tuesday in the crash involving a light aircraft in Kanjogoo area in Narok District which was heading to Kericho crashed at about 3:00 p.m. after taking off from Wilson Airport.
Police spokesman Kiraithe has confirmed the accident saying "We are probing the cause of the crash". Mr. Kones, 56 year old politicians has been one of the ODM pointmen in South Rift while Laboso was a promising MP from South Rift.
