"I do not know whether Kibaki won the election"..That is Samuel Kivuitu, Kenya's Electoral Commissions Chairman comments at the Press Conference he delivered today....
He went on,
"I had thought of resigning, but thought against it because I don’t want people to say I’m a coward," he said. The embattled ECK chairman made the revelations shortly after meeting with 22 ECK commissioners.

Meanwhile, ODM has confirmed that, Thursday's Uhuru Meeting will go on as scheduled and urged Kenyans to turn up in large Numbers....
"The meeting will go on as planned. We are going to lead a million Kenyans to the venue. The work of police is to provide security," Raila, who spoke even as the venue remained ringed by armed General Service Unit (GSU) personnel keeping round the clock vigil, declared.
