GOVERNMENT: NEP MUST CATCH UP WITH KENYA FOR VISION 2030 TO SUCCEED

 
North Eastern province has so far one of the highest percentage of provisional votes that endorsed the proposed constitution. The issue of Kadhi courts stood out as a major influencing factor by the mere fact that the population here is predominantly Muslim. However issues of land and regional development are also factors, which may have played a role.
