KENYAN SOMALI WOMAN RECIEVES NOBEL AWARD

A woman awarded Sweden’s Alternative Nobel Prize for mediating conflicts in northern Kenya will start a university in the region. Ms Dekha Ibrahim Abdi said she would use the US$77,000 prize money to build a learning institution for peace in Wajir.
