ODM-NORTH EASTERN PROVINCE-KENYA
It was no contest win for most ODM parliamentary aspirants in North Eastern Province as they got direct nominations.
In most centres, voting was called off. Hundreds of eager voters were surprised by the move. Later, they took to the streets to protest at the cancellation.
Mandera East parliamentary aspirant Mr Mohammed Qaras and former Mandera Central MP, Mr Billow Kerrow got direct nominations.
